After having come to the shift in the morning, workers of the hulling workshop of the enterprise refused to work demanding explanations of salary delay. The work of the entire first shift was halted. The administration attempted to break up the strike, but that did not succeed.

As a result of negotiations with the workers R.A.Akulova, the director of OOO "FanDok", promised to pay out wages, but only in the amount of "a basket of goods" that came to 220,000 rubles. After coming to consensus, the workers "formally" ended their strike, however they did not return to work until they had received the promised salaries that were paid only by the end of the shift. After obtaining their "basket" at the end of the workday, the satisfied workers went home to prepare themselves for the new-year holidays.
