Today (January 21st) it has become known that detention term for Mikalaj Dziadok was prolonged till March 6th, and investigation termfor his case was prolonged till April, 9th. Detention terms for Ihar Alinevich, Maksim Vetkin and Aliaksandar Frantskievich were prolonged till April too.

Ihar Alinevich was kidnapped by unknown men in mufti in Moscow, November 28th.

Violation international laws Ihar Alinevich was moved to KGB’s detention facility already on November, 29th. He’s still situated there. Information about his location was received from his mother, who was informed about this by state lawer.

Only at the very end of November was found lawer for Maksim Vetkin. Because of “special kind” of the case lawers refused to work with him, being afraid for their job.

Mikalaj Dziadok (detained at Sep 3rd) on October 1st was officially accused in participating in action against military maneuvers “West 2009” on Sep. 19, 2009 (art. 339 of criminal code). He is not allowed to meet with his fother cause «it can make difficulties to the investigation».

Mikalaj’s address for solidarity letters is Belarus, Zhodzina, Minsk region, Saveckaja str, 22-a, prison №8, Mikalaj Dziadok.

As far as we know Aliaksandar Frantskievich on September 20th was officially accused in attack on police station in Salihorsk. He is not allowed to meet with his mother until he will make “valuable testimonies/confessions”.

Aliaksandar Frantskievich was moved to detention facility in Minsk. Aliaksandar’s address for solidarity letters is Belarus, Minsk, Valadarskaha str., 2, SIZO-1, k. 46, Aliaksandar Frantskievich.

Maksim Vetkin is in a pre-trial detention center on Valadarski str., and he was indicted for hooliganism (art.339 p.2 of the criminal code). In accordance with unproved information hi’s accused in participation in incident near the russian ambassy on August 30th (Molotov coctail was thrown there by group of unknowns calling themselves to be anarchistic group “Friends of Freedom”).

Other arrested activists were not officially accused.

Attention! Sometimes letters to arrestee aren’t delivered. And they are read by cops, so think what you write!

During the Fall lots of house-searches and interrogations happened in Belarusian cities Minsk, Salihorsk, Homiel, Hrodna, Brest, Babrujsk and Navapolack. Tens of various people (from subculturals and football fans to anti-nuclear and FNB activists) were questionned about their communications, cell calls, friends circle, activities, asked to recognize people on the photos from underground concerts. In Minsk people were pressed to give testimonies against Mikalaj Dziadok.
