Mikalaj Dziadok’s accusation who stay in custody from Sep. 3, 2010 was extended on 15th of february. Now he is accused of participating in a rally against military maneuvers “West 2009” on Sep. 19, 2009 (art.339 p.2, Filed Oct. 1, 2010), also of attacking the Shangri-La casino (May 12, 2009) and trade union building (Apr. 30, 2010) (art.339 p.2, and art.218 p.2). The term of his detention extended until March, the period of the investigation — until April 12.
Aliaksandar Frantskevich who is also been in custody since Sep. 3, 2010. September 20 he was accused in videotapeing attack on a police station in Salihorsk. February 14 accusation was changed, now he is accused of participating in a rally against military maneuvers “West 2009” (art.339 p.2), Salihorsk attack and attack on trade union building (art.218 p.2 and art.339 p.2). The period of detention is extended up to april 2011.
Ihar Alinevich was kidnapped by unknown men in mufti in Moscow, November 28th. Violation international laws Ihar Alinevich was moved to KGB’s detention facility already on Nov. 29th, where he resides to this day. Initially, he was accused of attacking the Russian embassy Aug. 30, 2010 and participating in a rally against military maneuvers. Now his accusation consists of rally against military maneuvers (art.339 p.2), an attack on the Shangri-La casino, an attack on Belarusbank May 1, 2010, attack on the Russian embassy and the attack on the prison «Akrestsina» Sep. 06, 2010 (art.339 p.2 and art.218 p.2 and 3). The investigation period is extended to 9 months. The period of detention is extended up to april.
Maksim Vetkin is in a pre-trial detention center on Valadarski str., and he was indicted for hooliganism (art.339 p.2 of the criminal code). In accordance with unproved information hi’s accused in participation in incident near the russian ambassy on August 30th (Molotov coctail was thrown there by group of unknowns calling themselves to be anarchistic group “Friends of Freedom”).
Other arrested activists were not officially accused.

During the Fall lots of house-searches and interrogations happened in Belarusian cities Minsk, Salihorsk, Homiel, Hrodna, Brest, Babrujsk and Navapolack. Tens of various people (from subculturals and football fans to anti-nuclear and FNB activists) were questionned about their communications, cell calls, friends circle, activities, asked to recognize people on the photos from underground concerts. In Minsk people were pressed to give testimonies against Mikalaj Dziadok.
