Mother of a girl imprisoned for 4 years for marijuana deal, states that milicia inspired an incident.
According to mother’s statement, militia forced the girl’s friend (which was under another criminal charge) to ask her to buy 0.28 grams of marijuana from law professor of Harodnia State Univercity.
Finally, the girl is the only one person who is imprisoned after this incident. Her mother states that incident was totally inspired and provoked by militia to increase percentage of “successfully investigated crimes”.
