Some useful facts to remember.
The Republican and Democrat Parties of the USA are
taking actions in the political process in Belarus. They are spending
money mostly from the USA Federal Budget, also from corporations,
to do this.
Summary:
NED (IRI, NDI, USAID, ...) have often supported
military coups d'etat while claiming to support democracy.
If your organisation
accepts dirty money and the hierarchical organising methods
of NED/IRI/NDI/USAID - beware of the risk that Belarus
will become
less democratic.

Liabedzka noted that
NDI (National Democratic Institute) and
IRI
(International Republican Institute) are carrying out strong training
in support of coalitions.
What are NED, NDI and IRI?
It was also alleged that the NED only supports candidates with strong
ties to the military and who support the rights of U.S. corporations
to invest in those countries, and that the NED does not support
candidates who oppose investments by US corporations or who promise
restrictions on investment rights of US corporations.
For example, Bill Berkowitz of Working for Change claims that, "The
NED functions
as a full-service infrastructure building clearinghouse. It provides
money, technical support, supplies, training programs, media know-how,
public relations assistance and state-of-the-art equipment to select
political groups, civic organizations, labor unions, dissident
movements, student groups, book publishers, newspapers, and other
media.
Its aim is to destabilize progressive movements, particularly
those with a socialist or democratic socialist bent."
...NED helped to overthrow democratically elected governments in
Bulgaria in 1990 and Albania in 1991-1992.
NED (IRI+NDI+...+AID/OTI/DAI) support military coup d'etat against
democratically elected government of Venezuela in 2002.
2001: International Republican Institute (IRI) gives US$3 million to the
"Democratic" Convergence in Haiti, IRI + NED together funded
paramilitary Haitian death squad leaders in the Dominican Republic,
leading to, in Feb 2004, a military coup d'etat against the
democratically elected government of Haiti.
The evidence against NED, IRI, USAID, ... is strong. Accept dirty money and authoritarian organising methods at your own risk!
