Street-party in support of autonomous spaces: short report

!{float:right}content/guest/16834.short.jpg!Street-party in support of autonomous spaces took place in Minsk on the 6th of May. Information about this party was distributed through public channels. Therefore about 50-70 people who has never heard about such kind of actions took part in it.

On the meadow of Komsomolskoye Lake we arranged free market without any commodity-money relations. Everybody could take any thing he/she wanted or bring something what he/she didn’t need anymore! The party was opened by drummers of samba-band and Krump-dancers. After it some people told about autonomous spaces, experience of squatting in Minsk, situation with 2 squats in Poland (“Rozbrat” in Poznan and “Elba” in Warsaw). During party we also distributed leaflets in support of “ROZBRAT” and booklet about squats. Participants of FNB-group from Minsk nourished all people with very tasty food.

At the end of party we made collective photo in front of banner “ROZBRAT will stay” in order to send this photo to Poznan squatters and show our solidarity with them.

The party was closed by fire-show.
