IMHO you seem to be well self-organised :), so i don't expect any problems, but in principle it's a consensus decision by the network, not by any individual - so my positive opinion is just from one person. If there are no big criticisms, then probably you will be official and linked in to the network before Christmas (25.12.2005) :).
