*The reduction of budgetary places, according to the Minister of Education of
Belarus, Aleksandr Rad'kov, is caused by the decrease of the number of
high school seniors. The Minister reported this on 25 January to the
full Board of the Ministry of Education. First of all, the reduction will affect
humanitarian specialties, specified Aleksandr Rad'kov.*

The Minister of Education of Belarus' reported that the specialists of
