Уважаемый господин посол!
В Польше в городе Белосток по адресу Częstochowa, 14/2 находится культурный и социальный центр ДеЦентрум (DeCentrum). Ему уже более пяти лет. Этот клуб играет большую роль для города, страны и всей Европы. Там постоянно проводятся концерты, выставки, занятия для детей, бесплатное обучение и т.д. В этом клубе есть люди, которые готовят там еду и каждую неделю бесплатно раздают ее в городе. Также в клубе постоянно проживали люди, которые занимались его работой и развитием.
25 октября в здание центра вместе представителями городских властей и владельцем здания (который все 5 лет без проблем предоставлял помещение под культурный центр) ворвалась полиция с ордером на выселение. Они не воспользовались звонком, взломали двери, били людей, которые были внутри здания.
Мы обеспокоены тем, что коллектив культурного центра DeCentrum может быть лишен своего помещения, люди останутся без крыши над головой. Нас настораживает то, что в цивилизованной стране полиция, которая должна охранять народ, позволяет себе вторгаться в культурные центры и бить людей, которые так много делают для своего города, людей, проживающих в нем.
Клуб DeCentrum - не просто дом. Это группа людей, занимающаяся социальными проблемами и культурным развитием Белостока. Судьба города очень близка сердцам этих людей, и они хотят спокойно жить в нем, не бояться проявлять свои увлечения. Теперь эти люди будут лишены места и возможностей для реализации своих идей и будут вынуждены эмигрировать.
Мы надеемся, что произошедшее - всего лишь нелепая ошибка, и коллективу будет возвращено его помещение, а пострадавшим - принесены извинения.

Dear Mr Ambassador! (или если: Dear mayor of Bialostok town! – ТО СЛАТЬ МЭРУ БЕЛОСТОКА)
In Poland’s Bialoslok, at the address: Częstochowa, 14/2 there’s a cultural and social centre DeCentrum. It has existed for over five years. This centre plays a significant role for the city, the country as well as for the whole Europe. Concerts, exhibitions, lessons for children and free training are organized there on a regular basis. People from the club have also been cooking food and distributing it for free every week. Also, people who organized the work and the development of the club have been living there.
On October the 25th, the building was attacked by the police who, together with representatives of city authorities and the owner of the house (who had been allowing to use the building for the previous five years), entered the building by force with an eviction warrant.
They didn’t use the doorbell, broke the door and beat the people who were inside the house. We are concerned that the collective of the culture centre DeCentrum may be deprived of the building and the people will stay homeless. We are also concerned that the civilized country’s police who should protect the population permit themselves to rush into a culture centre and beat the people who do so much for their city and its inhabitants.
DeCentrum club is not just a building. It’s a group of persons who are engaged in the social problems and the cultural development of Bialostok. The fate of Bialostok is very important for their hearts, and these people want to live there freely and without the fear to show their interests. Now these people will be deprived of the place and the possibility to actualize their ideas and will be forced to migrate.
We still hope that what happened is a mere mistake and the building will be returned to the collective of the club, and the authorities will present their apologies to the victims.
