On Tuesday, July 19, activist of IDAHO Belarus Natallia Pradzed hold a mono picket action in front of Minsk City Executive Committee. She was protesting against violations of Human Rights and absolute power of one person and disrespectable actions of the police. Having approached to the Minsk City Executive Committee, Natallia took out a poster with only 3 letters on it: ШОС (it can be translated as "Let Him Go to jail"). Shortly after that (in about 10 seconds) she was detained by policemen, who were in civil, and thrown into a police van with the number 9656 ІА-7 on it.

Formerly the activists of IDAHO Belarus had sent an application to the Minsk City Executive Committee to legalize this action, but, of course, the action was banned.
